The Village on Vance is a project that provides six newly constructed single family rental homes at an affordable price. Soteria Community Development Corporation (CDC), the developer of The Village on Vance, built each home using a “green” approach. GHF and the Community Foundation of Greater Greenville are proud to announce the Homes for Teachers Program. CFGG awarded $250,000 to assist teachers with downpayment and closing costs.
