Developers are one of the most important partners of the Greenville Housing Fund. As an integral part of GHF, you can help Greenville citizens receive affordable housing, which in turn will stimulate our local economy. We have provided all the necessary documents for you to get involved and start making an impact on the housing situation in Greenville.

Bridge Loan Program

GHF currently provides short term financing to developers of affordable housing in the Greenville Community. We will provide loans up to $50,000 per project phase for over for 12 months.  The interest rate ranges from 0% to prime. Below are the forms you will need to apply:

Tenant Rental Assistance

We offer tenant rental assistance for low income seniors. As a developer, you can assist us in the development of low-income rental properties.
