Please check below to see if you are on the South Carolina Finance Agency’s Preferred Lender List. If you are not, you can submit the application below to become a GHF preferred lender.

Homebuyer Assistance Program

GHF has a variety of downpayment assistance programs available for a variety of income ranges. We have money available for families earning up to 80% of the area median income who live in Greenville County but outside the city limits. Please see more details and application information below.

Homes for Teachers

Homes for Teachers is a program developed by GHF to provide local teachers with a $3,000 forgivable loan to assist with closing costs and to go toward the cost of the home. Please more details and application information below.

Employer Assisted Housing/Home from Work Program

The Employer Assisted Housing Program, also known as "Home from Work", partners with local employers who have a desire help to provide safe, affordable housing for their employees close to the workplace. The Greenville Housing Fund and the Greenville Hospital System (GHS) have collaborated to assist employees of the five main GHS campuses achieve their dream of home ownership. The Greenville Housing Fund will match the employee’s down payment costs 3:1 up to $3,000. Please see more details and application information below.
